The JH and HS recently finished their Ugly Doll Hand Sewing Project. In this project, the FACS students were tasked with hand sewing a doll patterned off of creations by the 1st and 2nd graders. Each 1st and 2nd grade student drew an ugly doll or monster. The FACS students then made patterns, chose materials, and got to work creating unique Ugly Dolls. We finished off the project by presenting the dolls to the 1st and 2nd graders, watched the Ugly Doll movie, and even ate Cookie Monster cookies made by the FACS students.
